The LOA SUBMISSION GUIDE (Provider Database) & the Legacy Provider Database are reference guides.
Access to the Content is provided for reference purposes only.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Company, We, Us, Our, ISSL
Means: Intuitive Support Services Limited

ISSL Customer, You , Your, Customer, User
Means any individual or organisation that:
-has been granted access to the LOA Submission Guide via login credentials; and/or
-accesses the Legacy Provider Database, which is made publicly available without registration,
and who uses the Content subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Content, Site, Service, Product, LOA Submission Guide, Provider Database, Legacy Provider Database
Means the information displayed on www.intuitivesupportservices.com/loa and www.intuitivesupportservices.com/legacy-providers, including both Paid Content and Free Content.

Applicable Laws
Means: All laws of England and Wales, rules and regulations applicable to ISSL and the Customer

Terms and Conditions, Agreement
Means: This Agreement

Access Details, User Access, User Account
Means login credentials issued by ISSL solely in relation to access to the Paid Content (LOA Submission Guide).

Licence
Means the right granted by ISSL to access the Content, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable subscription level.

Single User Licence
Means a Licence permitting access by one (1) named individual only, as notified to ISSL by the Customer at the time of application or subsequently updated by the Customer.

Multi-User Licence
Means a Licence permitting access by up to the maximum number of authorised individuals selected and paid for by the Customer.

Authorised User
Means an individual employee, partner, director or contractor of the Customer who has been expressly permitted by the Customer to access the Content within the limits of the applicable Licence.

Permitted User Limit
Means the maximum number of Authorised Users allowed under the Customer’s current subscription.

Paid Content
Means the LOA Submission Guide (Provider Database), access to which is provided by subscription and subject to payment of the applicable fees.

Free Content
Means the Legacy Provider Database, access to which is provided at no additional charge, but which remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 The headings in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.
1.2 A reference to a particular law includes any amendment, extension, or re-enactment and any subordinate legislation made under it.
1.3 Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to one gender shall include all genders.
1.4 Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
1.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
1.6 Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1.7 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be void or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.

 

2. TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Intuitive Support Services Limited regarding Your access to and use of the Content. By accessing the Content, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 If You do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, You must not access or use the Content.
2.3 Access to the LOA Submission Guide (Paid Content) is restricted and may only be accessed by Authorised Users with valid login credentials.
2.4 The Legacy Provider Database (Free Content) is publicly accessible without login; however, use of that Content remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.5 The Paid Content is intended solely for the use of:
• Intuitive staff;
• Intuitive administration customers (advice firms actively using the Intuitive Administration Support Service); and
• Intuitive customers and other individuals who have been granted access to the Paid Content.
If You do not fall within one of the above categories, You may access Free Content for general reference only, but must not use it for any commercial, competitive, or prohibited purpose.
2.6 We will provide prior notice of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Content after changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
2.7 The Content is intended for users aged 16 or over.
2.8 We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Terms and Conditions for Your records.

 

3. OUR SERVICE

3.1 The Content is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful or require registration by Us.
3.2 Users accessing the Content from outside the UK do so at their own risk and are responsible for local law compliance.
3.3 ISSL Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Licence to access and view the Content where access is restricted. Users are granted a limited right to access Free Content for reference purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Access may only be used by:
• the individual named under a Single User Licence; or
• up to the Permitted User Limit under a Multi-User Licence,
regardless of whether the Content accessed is Paid Content or Free Content. For the avoidance of doubt, Permitted User Limits and Licence restrictions apply only where login-restricted access is provided, and do not convert Free Content into Paid Content.
3.5 The Customer must not:
-allow access by more individuals than permitted under their Licence;
-share Access Details outside their organisation or beyond their Authorised Users; or
-permit access by any third party not acting on their behalf.
3.6 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Authorised Users comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any breach by an Authorised User shall be treated as a breach by the Customer.
3.7 Access Details must not be shared, reused, or circulated in a way that enables access by individuals in excess of the Permitted User Limit. Access Details may be shared internally only to the extent necessary to allow use by Authorised Users within the Permitted User Limit.
3.8 Where access is granted to Paid Content, the Customer must maintain an active Direct Debit. Access to Paid Content will automatically be revoked if a Direct Debit payment fails or is cancelled.


4. YOUR USE OF OUR CONTENT

4.1 We grant You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for personal or internal business reference only.
4.2 No part of the Content may be copied, republished, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without Our prior written consent.
4.3 Requests for permission should be sent to info@intuitivesupportservices.com
4.4 Where We grant such permission, You must clearly acknowledge Intuitive Support Services Limited as the source of the Content.

 

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS

5.1 By using the Content, You warrant that:
(1) You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
(2) You are not a minor;
(3) You will not use automated tools (e.g. bots or scripts) to access the Content;
(4) You will not use the Content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and
(5) Your use of the Content will comply with all applicable laws.

5.2 If any information provided by You is inaccurate or incomplete, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account.

6. BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

6.1 Billing and Renewal
Access to the Paid Content is provided by subscription and billed monthly in advance by Direct Debit.
Access to the Free Content is provided at no additional charge. No fees are payable for access to the Free Content.
Your subscription for Paid Content will continue automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, You consent to recurring charges to Your payment method until cancellation.

6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel Your subscription at any time by contacting Us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.

6.3 Fee Changes
We may adjust subscription fees from time to time, providing reasonable notice in accordance with applicable law.

 

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
7.1 You may not use the Content for any purpose other than that for which it is made available.
7.2 You agree not to, in relation to any Content (including Free Content):
-Systematically extract data or compile databases using the Content;
-Circumvent security or access restrictions;
-Mislead or defraud Us or other Users;
-Use the Content to advertise or offer goods/services;
-Copy, resell, or transfer Your Access Details;
-Use the Content to compete with Us or for any revenue-generating activity;
-Import or store the data within Your own systems without Our prior written consent.
7.3 Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
7.4 Where We reasonably believe that access is being used by more individuals than permitted under the applicable Licence, We reserve the right to:
-suspend or restrict access immediately;
-require the Customer to upgrade their subscription; and/or
-terminate this Agreement for material breach.

 

8. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
8.1 The Content may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or guarantee such sites and accept no responsibility for their accuracy or content.

 

9. PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 You can view Our Privacy Policy: https://www.intuitivesupportservices.com/privacy-policy
9.2 By using the Content, you agree to be bound by Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

 

10. TERMINATION

10.1 This Agreement remains in effect while You use the Content.
10.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
10.3 We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for any breach or for unprofessional or unreasonable behaviour.
10.4 Upon termination, You must not attempt to create or access a new account under any name.
10.5 We reserve the right to withdraw the Service at any time.
10.6 We may deny access or block IP addresses at Our reasonable discretion to protect Our systems or enforce this Agreement. 

 

11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

11.1 We may modify or discontinue the Content at any time without notice.
11.2 The Content (including any Free Content) is provided for guidance only. Although We endeavour to maintain accuracy, We do not guarantee it, and the Content may change over time.
11.3 We cannot guarantee continuous availability and accept no liability for downtime or technical interruptions.
11.4 Nothing obliges Us to maintain or update the Service or to provide corrections or releases.

 

12. CORRECTIONS
12.1 We reserve the right to correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content at any time without notice.

 

13. DISCLAIMER
13.1 You use the Content (including any Free Content) at Your own risk. We provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13.2 We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness and accept no liability for errors or omissions.

 

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses including, but not limited to, lost profits, data, or revenue arising from Your use of the Content.
14.2 You acknowledge that You must verify all information independently before relying on it.
14.3 Our total liability to You will not exceed the total amount paid by You for access to the Paid Content in the three (3) months preceding the cause of action.
Where no fees have been paid, Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This limitation applies whether the claim relates to Paid Content or Free Content.
14.4 You agree to indemnify Us against all claims, costs, or losses arising from Your breach of this Agreement.
14.5 All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Content remain Our exclusive property.
14.6 ISSL is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated financial advice.
14.7 We accept no liability for any delay, loss, or damage arising from any failure to perform the Service.
14.8 You agree to defend and indemnify ISSL against any third-party claims arising from Your use of the Service.

 

15. IP ADDRESS
When You access or attempt to access login-restricted areas of Our database, We automatically record Your IP address.
We use this information to:
-Prevent unauthorised access,
-Ensure login credentials are not shared, and
-Restrict access where necessary, and
-Monitor compliance with permitted user limits.
This processing is carried out under Our legitimate interests in maintaining system security and is handled in accordance with UK data protection law.

 

16. COMPLIANCE WITH DATA PROTECTION LAWS
16.1 Both parties shall comply with all applicable data protection laws when processing personal data in connection with this Agreement.
16.2 ISSL shall ensure all staff with data access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
16.3 Each party shall indemnify the other for any losses arising from its breach of data protection obligations.
16.4 Each party shall maintain accurate and up-to-date records of processing activities as required by law.
16.5 Protected Data will be held securely on ISSL’s encrypted servers with restricted access.
16.6 ISSL will only process data in accordance with the Customer’s written instructions, unless required by law.
16.7 ISSL will assist the Customer in meeting GDPR obligations including breach notifications and data protection impact assessments.
16.8 If an individual wishes to know what information ISSL holds about them, they may email info@intuitivesupportservices.com with their name and email address.
16.9 Nothing in this Agreement relieves ISSL of its direct legal responsibilities under data protection law.
